Cloud ceilings

The clouds suspensions are unique pieces made from paper or fabric triangles glued on a transparent polyphane support. Assembled by hand, piece by piece, the suspensions and abat jours become sculptures as light as a summer cloud. Nuages suspensions are made of materials with different properties. The opaque ones, like the Pearl and the Halifax, do not reveal the bulb and allow a powerful lighting, without blinding. Semi-transparent materials, such as Ferrara and Monaco, combine lighting power with warmth. The transparent ones, like the Bilbao, give little light but create soft, warm atmospheres.
