About the designer Anne-Pierre Malval

Anne-Pierre Malval created her lighting design and manufacturing workshop in 2003. Through her Alcôve and Electron collections, she creates columns, wall lamps, chandeliers and suspensions from triangular elements to create volumes with unique shapes, like clouds. In her latest collection, Naturelle, the designer works with raffia, woven banana leaves and resinated Nepalese papers. The Mineral and Naturelle collections are also available in an outdoor version. Anne Pierre Malval has at heart to produce lights comparable to sculptures. Pieces that are as beautiful off as on. What guides her is lightness, both in the use of materials such as paper, raffia or linen and in the final appearance of the objects. There is also an idea of softness in her work with an evocative side: each one sees what he wants and it is already a way to appropriate it. Anne-Pierre Malval designs custom-made pieces at no extra cost and welcomes you by appointment in her Studio-Showroom (1 rue Jouvenet, Paris 16). Twice a year, the workshop becomes a temporary gallery to welcome other designers for a weekend. To know the list of the retailers who distribute us, contact us.
